Wallets

Troubleshooting & FAQ

Why am I being asked to sign in again?

Some actions are more sensitive than others, including viewing a recovery phrase and signing certain transfers.

For security, you may be asked to sign in again before continuing.

Why can't I create another wallet?

You may have reached the wallet limit for your current plan.

If that happens, you may need to upgrade before creating another wallet.

Why can't I archive a wallet?

If the wallet is currently set as the default wallet, it cannot be archived yet.

Choose another wallet as the default wallet first.

Why do I have to enter the destination wallet twice?

This safety step helps prevent errors caused by typos or copied addresses that look valid but are incorrect.

Why did I get a warning about a brand-new wallet address?

The destination wallet may not have been seen on-chain before.

This can be normal. It can also mean the address was entered incorrectly. Double-check the full address before continuing.

My deposit is not showing yet. What should I do?

Check these first:

  • The funds were sent on the Solana network.
  • The destination wallet address was correct.
  • The transaction has been confirmed on-chain.

If the transaction is confirmed on-chain and the balance still does not look right, contact support and include the wallet address and transaction reference.

Can I reverse a transfer?

No. Blockchain transfers are final once confirmed.

Always double-check the address, wallet, amount, and network before signing.

What happens if funds are sent on the wrong network?

Funds sent on the wrong network may be permanently lost.

Always make sure you are using the Solana network when depositing into wallets shown in the Wallet Screen.
