Risk Disclosure

Last Updated: August 12, 2026
Effective Date: April 1, 2026

This Risk Disclosure applies to the Services offered by SpeedyTurtle Labs, LLC (“SpeedyTurtle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It supplements and is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.

Danger

Digital-asset trading is highly speculative and involves a substantial risk of partial or total loss. Only use funds you can afford to lose. SpeedyTurtle does not provide investment, financial, trading, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

1. NO ADVICE OR GUARANTEED OUTCOMES

SpeedyTurtle provides non-custodial software tools. Information, analytics, templates, risk labels, alerts, benchmarks, and other content available through the Services are for general product and informational purposes. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or use any Digital Asset or strategy.

SpeedyTurtle does not guarantee transaction submission, confirmation, execution speed, fill price, liquidity, strategy performance, market outcomes, or profitability. Past results, third-party Wallet activity, and benchmark results do not predict future performance.

2. DIGITAL-ASSET, MARKET, AND LIQUIDITY RISK

Digital Assets can be extremely volatile, illiquid, or worthless. Prices may move sharply or become unavailable with little or no notice. Risks include:

  • partial or total loss of funds;
  • slippage, price impact, wide spreads, or inability to exit;
  • insufficient or withdrawn liquidity;
  • token inflation, concentration, governance changes, or loss of utility;
  • scams, malicious tokens, rug pulls, honeypots, and market manipulation;
  • inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading market information.

A token being available through the Services does not mean SpeedyTurtle has reviewed, endorsed, audited, or approved it.

3. AUTOMATED STRATEGY AND COPY-TRADING RISK

Automated strategies can act quickly and may continue operating without the user watching each action. A configuration error, stale or incorrect data, delayed signal, software defect, provider failure, or unexpected market condition can cause unwanted trades or losses.

Copy trading does not reproduce another Wallet’s price, timing, position size, or result. The tracked Wallet may trade for reasons you do not know, may change behavior, may be compromised, or may attempt to mislead followers. Network delay, fees, liquidity, price movement, and your own settings can cause materially different outcomes.

Stop losses, take-profit rules, allocation limits, risk labels, Emergency Stop, and other controls can reduce some operational risks, but they do not prevent all losses. A trigger may be delayed, a transaction may fail, and an exit may fill at a worse price than expected or may not fill at all. Pausing automation may also pause automated exits, as described in Risk Center & Campaign Mode.

4. EXECUTION AND BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK RISK

A request accepted by the Services is not proof that a transaction was submitted, confirmed, finalized, or filled. Blockchain transactions may be delayed, dropped, reordered, duplicated, or fail because of congestion, validator behavior, fee settings, blockhash expiry, reorganization, outages, or other network conditions.

Transactions are generally irreversible after submission. An incorrect address, Wallet, network, token, amount, slippage setting, or strategy rule can result in permanent loss. Users may also face priority fees, tips, protocol fees, price impact, adverse transaction ordering, and other costs that exceed an estimate shown before execution.

5. THIRD-PARTY, SMART-CONTRACT, AND DATA RISK

The Services depend on third parties and systems SpeedyTurtle does not control, which may include blockchains, smart contracts, decentralized exchanges, liquidity pools, RPC providers, routing or submission providers, messaging platforms, data sources, and Key Infrastructure Providers. These systems may contain bugs or vulnerabilities or may become unavailable, compromised, changed, or discontinued.

Market data, Wallet data, analytics, alerts, and status information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. The absence of an alert, activity record, or error message does not prove that no transaction or loss occurred. Users should verify material transaction and Wallet state using appropriate independent sources.

6. WALLET AND SECURITY RISK

Anyone who obtains a private key, recovery phrase, password, authenticated session, or device may be able to control the associated Wallet or account. Phishing, malware, impersonation, SIM swapping, compromised devices, and unsafe storage practices can result in permanent loss.

Users are responsible for protecting recovery credentials, checking addresses and networks, using trusted access points, and reviewing Wallet and strategy settings. SpeedyTurtle support will never need a user’s recovery phrase.

7. LEGAL, REGULATORY, AND TAX RISK

Laws and regulatory treatment of Digital Assets vary by location and may change. A Digital Asset, protocol, strategy, or Service may become restricted or unavailable. Users are responsible for determining whether their activity is lawful and for obtaining their own legal and tax advice. Taxes, reporting duties, or other obligations may apply even when SpeedyTurtle does not provide a tax form or calculation.

Use of the Services is also subject to the Risk, Sanctions & AML Policy.

8. BENCHMARK AND PERFORMANCE INFORMATION

Benchmarks measure only the stated system behavior, sample, period, and conditions. They do not guarantee that a future transaction will achieve the same speed, ordering, price, or result, and they do not establish profitability. Review the scope and limitations on Benchmarks & Methodology.
